Parents & Guardians,
We are in the process of writing grants for the 25/26 school year, and we need your help and thoughts. We will also review this information with school leaders to guide our improvement regarding family engagement.
This survey will take five to ten minutes. It has 25 questions and sections for basic information, school communication, teaching & learning, school environment, and Title 1. Most questions are not required, but the more you can fill out, the more helpful the information will be.
All questions apply to this school year (2024/2025).
Generally, large numbers (4s & 5s) represent positive feelings, and smaller numbers represent negative feelings (1s and 2s).
The survey will be open until April 4th, and we will send a few reminders.
