We love seeing our community engaged, as Trustees can make better-informed decisions when they hear the concerns and opinions of the public!
However, safety is our top priority. Following a recommendation from the Sheriff’s Department, we want to remind everyone that our board room and lobby have a strict maximum capacity of 80 audience members, and each audience member must have a seat.
To ensure we are not in violation of local fire codes, once this capacity is reached, we will have to close the doors to additional in-person attendees.
If capacity is reached, you can still watch the meeting live from the comfort of your home.

The Technology Department recommends the Zoom link. It has a 500 person capacity and better bandwidth. Attendees cannot participate through the livestream or Zoom, but information about remote public comment is on the same webpage.
